Christina has always had a passion for fitness and athletics. Gymnastically trained, Christina’s style of training utilizes her 10+ years of experience in pilates, dance, and athletics and focuses on internal awareness, proper technique, and challenging oneself within those parameters. Christina believes that any fitness goal - whether it be weight loss, athletic conditioning, or increase in strength - can be achieved through building a strong core foundation and making movement purposeful.
Christina is a NASM certified personal trainer, has a certification from the National Personal Training Institute, and also worked for 2 years as a Tier 3 Personal Trainer at Equinox Fitness Clubs. She is certified in pre/post-natal programming and kettle bell training, and frequently takes & facilitates group boot camps and small group training to increase her knowledge base.
