Never touched a pole before? No Spins during this class. This an introduction class used for building knowledge and setting a platform to building your sensual side. Simply Stiletto is a great class recommended for new pole dancers. This class is designed to move at a slow pace incorporating stretch and body movement, guaranteed to break you out of your comfort zone.
New to Pole? Peep-Toe Pole Dance
You’ll never experience a sexier, more empowering yet addicting workout. Peep-Toe Pole Dance is an introductory pole class perfect for you! You’ll learn basic spins, sexy choreography, and floor moves. All you need is a positive attitude and a desire for a good time!
*We suggest you take Peep Toe Pole Dance 5-6 times before moving on to the next level.
(Level 1) Spins and Choreography
(Level 2) Inversions, Spin Combos & Choreography
Perfect what you learned in level one. Get to know your body and learn additional pole dance and floor moves, which will produce another amazing choreographed routine. *Pre-requisite: Pole Level 1.
(Level 2 - 3) Climb, Inversion, Spin Combos & Choreography
You will be introduced to even more challenging moves, including viewing the world upside down as you climb to new heights! You will increase your upper body strength and improve your cardio with each move. *Pre-requisite: Pole Level 2.
Contemporary Pole Dance (Level 2-3)
Contemporary Pole Dance made up of pole spins and transitions combined with elements of modern and ballet dance. Explore the most artistic side of pole dance in a class where fluidity and body expression are essential. This class may have more advanced floor work and pole moves and suitable for students who have previously attended Contemporary Pole. Dance heels not required. Socks, ballet slippers, leg warmers are recommended.
Thigh High Pole Dance (Intermediate)
Not a beginner, but still on the path to advance? Thigh High Pole Dance allows you to get the best of both worlds. Climbs and inverts are required in this class. Challenge your strength and skills each class as you move through challenging yet basic pole spins, climbs, holds, and combinations. Prerequisite required: Must have completed 10 Peep Toe Pole Dance Classes
Platform Pole Tricks & Dance (Advanced)
Invite Only! Develop your own exciting style, grace and flow for your pole moves. Executing transitions and combos fit for competition performances.
Learn sexy, hip swinging, hair tossing choreography in your pumps. Pumpography™ is perfect for those with little or no experience in dance and for those looking to learn some new moves. Pumpography™ is a fierce dance workout and choreography class in which you’ll get a kick ass cardio and muscle toning workout and learn some HOT choreography inspired by the divas of the stage, TV and music scene. Red Bottom Booty Bounce™ (Twerk)
A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Lace-Up Lap Dance

Face Down Floor Work
Face Down Floor Work will illustrate methods to help create seamless transitions on and off the floor. Break down body positions, and take your skills to the next level with sexy ground work. Any type of workout attire works well for this class, however we recommend socks that come over your knee, or some type of support to protect your knee. Knee Pads always welcomed.
Kick Your Boot Off (K.Y.B.O)
Did someone say country? I’d love a coyote ugly line dance class! Giggle your way through class while learning choreography that is guaranteed to keep your heels clicking.
Learn how to move your body using the art of seduction. Incorporating floor techniques, balance, and sensual movements. Seduction is designed to be demonstrated! Stilettos are recommended for this class. Come try it out.
Yoga give students of all levels the opportunity to return to the fundamentals of yoga in a fun, non-competitive environment. These classes introduce breathing techniques, emphasize proper alignment, and are designed to give you a firm foundation on which your practice can flourish. Yogastrengthens, balances, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind. Perfect for students who have never practiced yoga before, who are returning to yoga after a break, or regular practitioners looking to brush up on their fundamentals.
Bootie Boot Camp
This strength training class uses weights and pole to target every inch of your body. A fantastic introduction to conditioning. Can’t decide between a high-energy cardio class and a lower-impact strengthening session? This unique class offers the best of both worlds, with an integration of cardio, weights and body sculpting.
Closed- Toe Cardio
Beginning with a 10 minute warm up, Closed- Toe Cardio, is a mix up with 40 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of conditioning and toning for a total body workout. This energy packed class is a great way to start your day, or squeeze in your workout over your lunch hour.

Stiletto Stability Hand Balance
Hand-balance practice brings together acrobatics and yoga. Designed to use step-by-step techniques of physical and mental health benefits. Throughout class, we also do partner balancing, which hopefully will improve concentration and massage areas of stress relief. Combined with stretch and flexibility learn everyday exercises that will help you reach your goal. Hand-balancing is a great way to utilize your own bodyweight to help build incredible levels of strength and balance. Achieve the strength and confidence to be able to perform mental steadiness and emotional stability. This class is strenuous and fun.
Pump Pole Tricks
Is there a challenging trick or move you are trying to master? If so, this is the perfect class for you! Pump Pole Tricks is designed to help you achieve your goals by teaching you the proper technique while offering exercises to strengthen your abilities. Pump Pole Tricks is open to all levels, and remember practice makes perfect.
Pole Playtime is for students who wish to receive additional practice time. There will be an instructor present, but this is not a tricks class. This class is constructed for students who already began their pole journey and would like additional practice time. Please don’t choose this as your first class. Pole Playtime is open to all levels!
The Spinning Pole is an art and skill unto itself! A Spinning Pole is unlike the standard (static) pole because it rotates freely on bearings at the top and bottom. This means, the pole will move and spin with you while you dance. This class will teach you the foundations of dancing with a spinning pole. Explore the unique elements of dance that the spinning pole allows you to express. Students must be very comfortable & experienced with the majority of beginner pole tricks before coming to spinning pole class. This is for very experienced beginner up to advanced students and you will be taught moves based on your level and athletic ability. Ask your teacher if you are ready to join this pole class.
Attire & Shoes: You must wear shorts (as you'll need your thighs to grip pole) and tank top or tshirt. Bring a pair of comfortable heels or you can choose to do the class barefoot or use foot pads.
Lets get back to the basics! Inversions are the foundations for your tricks. Learn different techniques & styles of inverting. Use inversions and pull-ups to build your back strength! Let us show you how to get strong.
Bare Foot Belly Dance

Take a little bit of freestyle time to yourself! This time has been designed for students who want to practice. Take a few minutes to end your week with the way you feel.
As an member you can use the studio for practice when it's not in use. This is free of charge for all active members. Call us to reserve the studio. Non-members rent for $150/hour. *Studio rental is subject to specific hours.
F.L.O.W. is a slow sensuous movement practice. Flow is a workout for body and soul that’s intelligently designed to open the female body into her fluid, erotic expression finding her unique FLOW. This is the best class to explore your movement and unapologetically express yourself. (Individuals are encouraged to bring a song to class in which you would like to dance.)
Faux Fur Flex
Our Faux Fur Flex stretch class combines basic stretch and contortion. We’ll go through split stretches in order to get closer to our goals as well as spend time working on your flexibility. This class starts out with warming up the joints, spine and muscles, and then works on lengthening and toning your muscles. Focusing on splits, back and hyperextension as well as minor contortions of the whole body. This is an amazing class to improve your flexibility, strengthen your core, and relieve tension and stress.
Faux Fur Flex this class is designed to lengthen, relax and condition your body for long, lean muscles. With a series of long, deep stretches, focusing on the hips, lower back and hamstrings, you will notice your flexibility increase by the end of your first hour.
Slingback Body Sculpt
Sling Back Body Sculpt is a muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Strictly a strength class, you will use various exercises and strength building moves to sculpt all your major muscle groups. This class will help improve your body’s overall functional strength, balance and coordination. Tone and reshape your body with this fun class.
Stiletto Fit is the class that has the potential to shape the body of your dreams if you want it! Begin with easy-to-follow therapeutic movements that integrate the upper and lower body.
You can expect to work hard with a sexy little twist to fitness & fusion. Stiletto Fit is a dance & sculpt class that will embrace your mind and your body. Get ready for a great all over body workout!
Learning advanced tricks takes time and conditioning. Pole Conditioning will help build the foundation you need to become a stronger trickster! This class is all about working on strength and technique conditioning to perfect your tricks!
Aerial Hoop (Lyra)
Intro to Aerial Hoop (Lrya) class will offers you a chance to discover the center of gravity in many different positions. You will learn how to move from different transitions with grace and ease while gaining strength and control.
What we recommend
Class Attire: We recommend wearing full-length leggings (down to ankle) for Lyra. Tank tops or shirts with sleeves are appropriate. Class is held barefoot or in socks. Leg warmers can also be useful to help cushion the backs of the knees.
*We recommend warming yourself up before the start of class.
AERIAL HOOP Session
Intro to Aerial Hoop (Lyra) is a 90 minute long class, focused on learning or reviewing new skills while perfecting technique. We offer a teaser class for students who may not be familiar with aerial hoop (Lyra), but because of the progressive nature of these classes drop-ins are not permitted during the session.
Aerial Hoop (Lyra) classes meet once a week for four weeks. At least one Intro to Aerial Hoop class is required before the start of the session.
Intro to Silks
Intro to Aerial Silks is open to all students of all levels. Instructors will work with you as an individual so you can progress at your own rate. Build strength and endurance , as you learn to familiarize yourself with different foot wraps and lock variations. Begin to trust yourself and explore the possibilities of a new art form.
No Experience Required.
What we recommend
Class Attire: A long-sleeved shirt to prevent chaffing under the
arms. A one-piece Aerial Silks training outfit, or unitard, is ideal.
Be sure you are clean and avoid perfumes. Body odor and scents will remain in the silks and make the activity unpleasant for others.
Don’t wear a belt, or any jewelry that could possibly catch on or tear the fabric. No big earrings, no spiky rings etc. Take off your dangly pendant and tape over any spiky piercings you can’t remove.
AERIAL Silk SESSION
Aerial silks classes meet once a week for four weeks. At least one Intro to Aerial Silks class is required before the start of the session. See schedule for available dates.
Silks Level 1
Aerial Silks are two long pieces of soft fabric that hang from a
single point. Using strength, grace and flexibility, you climb the apparatus
and move your body into amazing and beautiful poses and shapes.
Drops and slides are an exciting and fun part of learning these circus
apparatuses. Learn basic climbing techniques, locks, balances and mid-air movements on aerial fabric. No experience needed.
Pre-requisites: Students should be able to climb and invert from the floor.
